PILATES

For Children

We offer Dancer Pilates classes for dancers ages 7 years and older. Our Pilates program for dancers focuses on strengthening and lengthening of the muscles, increasing flexibility and improving turnout, better balance and posture, feet and ankle articulation, and overall body awareness. We believe that integrating Pilates into a dancer’s training benefits them greatly and helps with injury prevention.

For Adults

For adults, we have multiple instructors who work with us. From young adults to seniors, we have a place for you. Using exercises, which exert low impact, Pilates works to relieve stress on your joints while improving core strength, flexibility, stability, balance, and posture. Pilates addresses the underlying structural imbalances in the body, which lead to pain and body impairment. Each session includes a comprehensive full body workout, which strives to improve one’s overall health. General focus is placed on improving posture, body awareness, and core support.
